Products and prices
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST at the applicable rate. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
Product photographs are representative. Colour may vary slightly between screens, and garment measurements may vary by up to half an inch — these are cut and stitched, not printed, and small variation is normal, not a defect.
Orders
An order is confirmed when payment is received and we send you a confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order if the item cannot be produced, if there has been a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.
Payment
We accept prepaid payment only, through Razorpay. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Artwork and intellectual property
The illustrations we print are the work of Sukumar Ray (1887–1923) and are in the public domain in India.
Our restorations of those illustrations, our product photography, written content, brand name, logo, and the arrangement of this website are the property of UPLIFE, and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.
Conduct
Please do not attempt to disrupt the website, place fraudulent orders, or resell our products commercially without our agreement.
Limitation of liability
Our liability in respect of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
