Refund policy
Every Bombagarh t-shirt is printed after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting — your design is printed on your chosen cloth, in your size, and then dispatched. That is what lets us offer thirteen designs across three fabrics without a stockroom. It is also why our returns policy is narrower than a shop selling from stock, and we would rather say so plainly than bury it.
Cancellations
You can cancel within 12 hours of placing an order, provided printing has not begun. Email support@bombagarh.com with your order number.
Once printing has started the order cannot be cancelled.
Returns and replacements
We will replace the item or refund you in full if:
- it arrives damaged or defective,
- the print is faulty, misaligned or incomplete,
- you receive a different design, fabric or size from the one you ordered.
Write to support@bombagarh.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and clear photographs of the item and the packaging. We reply within 48 hours. If the claim is valid, you choose: a replacement at no cost, or a full refund.

- Ordering the wrong size
Every product page carries a full size chart in inches, measured on the garment itself, with instructions for comparing it against a t-shirt you already own. Please use it before ordering. If you are unsure between two sizes, write to us before you buy and we will help.
We also cannot accept items that have been worn, washed or altered.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. We email you when the refund is initiated; your bank may take a few days more to show it.
If your order does not arrive
If a parcel has not reached you within 15 business days of dispatch, write to us at support@bombagarh.com. We will trace it with the courier, and if it is confirmed lost, we will reship or refund in full.
