Where we ship

Across India only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Cost

Free. No delivery charge on any order, of any value, to any PIN code in India. The price on the product page is the price you pay.

Dispatch

Orders are printed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of payment. You will receive an email with tracking details when the parcel leaves.

Delivery

Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days of ordering, depending on your PIN code. Tracking reaches you by email when the parcel leaves. Metro addresses are usually at the shorter end; smaller towns and remote PIN codes at the longer.

We ship by surface, which is slower than air and is what allows delivery to be free.

Business days means Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delays

Occasionally a parcel is held up by weather, strikes, or courier backlogs during festival season. We will tell you when we know. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, write to support@bombagarh.com and we will trace it.

Please check your address

Couriers in India call before delivering, so a wrong or unreachable phone number is the single most common reason a parcel comes back to us. Check your address and number before completing checkout — we cannot change either once an order has been dispatched.
